For the first time in many years our major tournament was held at Rockdale Tennis Club with over 220 competitors. 20 overseas, 50 interstate and 150 NSW. Our visiting players appreciated the tournament being held so close to the airport with a licensed bar and on site restaurant providing excellent evening meals for those who travelled a long way for this MT 700 event. Many thanks to the players who manned the rollers during a very wet day 1 and great work by TDs Arthur Olsen and Steve Longworth to get every event completed on day 4.
